Programme Outline
The LUGP critically unpacks the principles, considerations and constraints underpinning Singapore’s development successes. Using cross-sectoral, cross-disciplinary and integrated approaches to analyse urban issues, the programme examines strategies for working with communities and markets, as well as providing insights on leading R&D, engineering capabilities and models of urban development.
