Broadly, CBDs in APAC are likely to hold their place in their cities, by retaining their centrality, prime real estate, talent density and economic vitality. This research publication serves as a timely reference for cities undertaking CBD rejuvenation, by providing deep dives into the experiences of 6 APAC cities (Bangkok, Ho Chi Minh City, Hong Kong, Singapore, Sydney and Tokyo). The publication will share key findings on some common challenges and aspirations for future APAC CBDs, broad approaches explored, and possible actions cities could implement.
