Urban Science Workshop Series 2023

CLC, Urban Redevelopment Authority, and the Future Cities Laboratory Global will be organising the inaugural Urban Science Workshop Series 2023 from 26 September to 6 October 2023. Co-curated with Singapore government agencies, institutes of higher learning, and research institutes, the workshops focus on the application of scientific tools, including sensing and modelling the urban environment, as well as visualisation for cities. The series will also feature keynote speakers at the Science of Cities Symposium and international thought leaders in Urban Science.

Science of Cities Symposium 2023

The Science of Cities Symposium is back on its second run on 5 October 2023, Thursday. This year, it will be held as part of the Urban Sustainability Solutions R&D Congress 2023 (4–5 October 2023).

This year’s Symposium will feature the science behind Future scenario planning, Decarbonising cities, and in building a Regenerative future. This is a continued commitment to spotlight the importance of robust sciences in addressing pressing city challenges. In addition to presentations and panel discussions, participants may look forward to a research exhibition, and networking reception.
